The room here was modern and clean, and it had a nice TV with lots of channels. Also, there was a fridge and a way to make tea and coffee. the staff was super friendly - always greeting us with a smile 😊.

We had a great stay at this hotel near the lake, which was close to the city center but far enough away from noisy places. The staff was amazing, from the receptionists to security staff, always available to help with a great attitude. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and had great facilities like hot water and a bathtub, a separate sitting area, and a makeup station. We enjoyed our quiet room and the hotel's convenient transportation.
Nothing could have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at the Saigon’s Book Hotel Dalat. The rooms were modern and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite due to the unavailability of a deluxe room. The location of the hotel was also great, with a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful lake just a short walk away. The hotel, being only one year old, had a fresh and new feel to it.
One drawback was the limited breakfast options, which required an additional payment. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of choices included in the room rate.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the receptionist accommodated us with an early check-in. the hotel is located in a nice area with access to taxis.
The breakfast options were limited and had to be paid extra for. , there was no view from the room except for a brick wall.

The holiday decorations were truly festive and made me feel right at home during the holidays. the staff were super friendly and attentive, always making sure my needs were met. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and the hot shower which was perfect after a day of exploring.
The noise level in the hotel is unbearable. I could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me, making it difficult to sleep at night.
